The last 22 years it has been my privilege to assist buyer's to find the WOW house, Seller's to maximize their results when it is time to sell and move, and renters to find a new residence. I use the word privilege because all of these families have let me become a part of their life. Understanding what they want and need, we can find the best solution and opportunity possible.
I live in the Northwest quarter of the Houston Mero area, I have closed transactions from Kemah to Huntsville, Katy to Liberty County. Have closed all types of properties and work with investors to add to their portfolios.

Airan moved to Houston, Texas from Mexico at a young age. Ever since she knew that she would have to go the extra mile to reach her goals. This allowed her to learn to appreciate everything and be thankful for who she is now. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Finance and Marketing. Although, during this journey, she discovered that real estate was something that she felt was her calling. She developed her real estate career working as a real estate administrative coordinator. This allowed her to have a head start in her career. With her knowledge and confidence, Airan has won her clients' trust. Airan enjoys working with first-time home buyers, sellers, as well as investors. Her work is not only limited to Houston; she covers surrounding areas such as Katy, Spring, The Woodlands, and Pasadena. She also has knowledge and experience in leasing, for those who prefer this option. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding, working out, reading business or self-help books, traveling, and doing things that will challenge her mind. Jade Arneson grew up listening to real estate transactions and interior design ideas taking shape around her family's kitchen table. As an adult, Jade continued her interest in real estate by becoming a realtor herself here in Houston, TX.

Jade studied nursing and nutrition at Arizona State University. She graduated with her Bachelors in Health Sciences in 2012. "My first career path involved actively interacting with many people, while also identifying their needs. I've always naturally had a passion for helping other people.
