I was born and raised in north Houston and have watched the city grow and change in so many ways. My pride in the city is one of the many reasons I wholeheartedly believe Houston is one of the best places to call home. My career started out in the Customer Service industry, where I realized my true passion for helping others. Throughout the course of 17 years, I eventually transitioned into Customer Service Management, Team Management and Sales Management roles, where I developed excellent abilities in project management, and my problem-solving and negotiation skills excelled. As a result, I received multiple awards during this time. I loved working in the industry, but wanted to use my skills to help others on a higher, more personal level. I strive to ensure your real estate journey is a positive experience. I'm a native of Detroit, MI, and live in Hockley, TX. I have three children; one girl 16, two boys that are 8 and 18. I served in the US Air Force for 13 years as a Security Forces member/CATM Small Arms Instructor and 4 years as a Veteran Service Representative (VSR) for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). I have a bachelor's in Criminal Justice and master's in Business Administration. The military is where I learned to be detailed oriented and do everything with excellence. The VA taught me to pay attention to detail and read the fine print.

I love to travel around the world. My family and I have moved from Germany, England, and Korea to name a few places in a relatively short period of time all the while increasing the size of my family! We have also traveled to places like Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, and Morocco. I take the method approach to really empathize with my clients, since I am no stranger to moving. I also enjoy going to the movies and family game nights.
