Santiago was born and raised in Houston, Texas and lived in the San Antonio area for five years. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people.

Helping others has always been the daily drive to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Santiago enjoys all the history of the city and various styles of housing the Houston-area has to offer. What excites Santiago about Houston is that there is always something new to see or do.

Santiago's experience hasn't always been in real estate or business. Before earning his Master's in Education, he served as a third-grade math and science teacher for three years where he earned the Teacher of the Year award and Beginning Teacher of the Year the two consecutive years prior. Santiago has also served the public with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office as a 911 Dispatcher and Operator.

Santiago keeps himself well informed of all the latest technology trends, area developments, and of course the homes you love.
