I'm a lifelong resident of Rosehill, a community just west of Tomball and Northwest of Houston Texas. I have seen a lot of change in the area over my life time. As I once heard, "If you are alive then things are always changing". The key to change is to be involved in the decision making process so that the outcome is fair and positive for all parties involved.
