I was born in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 1970. After graduating, I went into the construction industry for over 20 years in all aspects of residential construction including being a Master Trim Carpenter and Custom Cabinet Builder. As the years came upon me, I moved my focus into sales where I stayed for many years until I bought my first business serving the legal community. After 13 years of self employment, my focus is back on what I loved the most. Helping people in the sales aspect of their dreams. Prior to getting licensed in Real Estate Sales, Terry worked as an MBA/PMP certified International Project Manager in oil in gas. All along, she has always been passionate about real estate and has many years of experience investing in rental properties including multifamily before getting licensed for Real Estate. She owns a very successful Lake Conroe waterfront short term rental condominium, where she also served as Vice President and President of the POA (Property Owners Association) for 5 years. Following college she spent a few years in advertising sales and then moved onto property management which then lead her onto the real estate path she had always dreamed of. Now 8 years later, she enjoys enjoys helping new and repeat clients with transitioning from one chapter of life to the next.
