Porscha was born in the year of ninety one, she is the next generation of real estate. Before her daughter was born Porscha moved from Iowa to Texas with her family. Porscha resigns in the Montgomery county and the surrounding area for well over eleven years. With the continuation of training through JLA Realty she blends her customer service skills with her knowledge of real estate to please her clients to the fullest.

I was born in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 1970. After graduating, I went into the construction industry for over 20 years in all aspects of residential construction including being a Master Trim Carpenter and Custom Cabinet Builder. As the years came upon me, I moved my focus into sales where I stayed for many years until I bought my first business serving the legal community. After 13 years of self employment, my focus is back on what I loved the most. Helping people in the sales aspect of their dreams. Kayla joined the real estate industry over 8 years ago and specializes in first time home buyers, corporate relocation, waterfront properties, improved and unimproved land and all facets of buyer & seller representation. Kayla Gehret is very versatile in knowing Galveston, Montgomery, Walker, & Grimes Counties along with the Inner Loop of Houston. Growing up she lived on the west side of League City. In college and after she lived in Galveston. In her early professional career, she lived in Montrose Heights area and now she resides with her family in Montgomery, TX.

Kayla graduated Clear Creek High School in 2006 and The University of Houston in 2011 with a focus on Corporate Communications and a minor in Sales/Marketing. Following college she spent a few years in advertising sales and then moved onto property management which then lead her onto the real estate path she had always dreamed of. Now 8 years later, she enjoys enjoys helping new and repeat clients with transitioning from one chapter of life to the next.

Barbara Price is a native Houstonian and a 20 year resident of The Woodlands. A career in real estate seemed to be the natural progression following her 18 years assisting families while working for a top rated local insurance company. In 2001, after only two years as a licensed agent, Barbara was recognized as one of the Top Producing agents in The Woodlands and became one of the newest members inducted into the prestigious 88 Club. Following this recognition, she was recruited by the leading new home builders in the area and spent the next nine years of her career selling new homes in the luxury real estate market. During this time Barbara expanded her expertise gaining extensive knowledge in residential construction and design. Barbara's passion for her clients and her well rounded knowledge of real estate and the construction industry as a whole have shaped her into an incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and trained negotiator and skilled agent.
