Renea Ivy brings 20 years of successful public relations and marketing experience to the firm. Her diverse background has taken her into the heart of the communities, businesses and local governments throughout the Greater Houston Area.

Her career path has afforded her the opportunity to develop relationships with leaders in education, government, medicine, law enforcement, industry and non-profit organizations.

Leading capitol campaigns and bond elections, she has experience in acquiring land for new construction and existing buildings to repurpose. She addresses details proactively to prevent and navigate obstacles. With her charismatic personality and knack for finding win-win, creative solutions, she is a great addition to the Qualified Properties team.

She gets to know her clients and enjoys helping them find properties to increase their business opportunities and diversify their real estate investment portfolios. She has acquired and marketed prime properties on Beltway 8 and other major thoroughfares.

Community:

Renea is an active member of the Bammel Church of Christ and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo VIP Tours Committee. She is also a member of Rotary, serving on the executive board of the Pasadena South Club for several years and as president in 2015-16.
